These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Smart Home Portfolio website (this "Site"), owned and operated by Leddy Wellness, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company ("Leddy Wellness," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Smart Home Portfolio is an editorial and informational site about smart home design and automation, including articles, city and brand guides, and "Home Vision" concept pieces. Home Visions are clearly labeled fictional design studies -- imagined residences created to illustrate design ideas, not documentation of real, completed projects or actual client homes. Nothing on the Site should be read as a claim about a specific real address, a completed installation, or a guarantee of pricing, availability, or results for your own home.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You agree not to:
All text, images, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site, including the Smart Home Portfolio name and mark, are owned by Leddy Wellness, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Daisy™ and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used with permission. Manufacturer and brand names, logos, and product images referenced on brand spotlight pages belong to their respective trademark owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only.
The Site links to third-party sites, including Daisy Gulf Coast (daisyco.com) and various manufacturer, brand, and social media sites. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Any actual purchase, quote, or installation of smart home equipment is governed by a separate agreement directly between you and Daisy Gulf Coast or the relevant service provider -- not by these Terms.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational and inspirational purposes only. It is not professional design, engineering, electrical, or installation advice, and shouldn't be relied on as a substitute for a consultation with a qualified professional about your specific home.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leddy Wellness, LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leddy Wellness, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mississippi.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
